One WTC - From Ground Zero to the Freedom Symbol

For years, it has been terrifying people, reminding them of the worst terror attacks in U.S. history, the same event which destroyed the centerpiece of the city, World Trade Center. And that eventually caused serious damage to the economy of United States, and had a serious impact on the global markets. But, itÂ’s great and equally surprising how the people have managed to move past such a massive tragedy, and as a result, the symbol of the city stands still, and after 12 years, itÂ’s finally taking shape. The following infographic demonstrates how the centerpiece of the city now soars 1,776 feet into the air, representing the year of the countryÂ’s independence.
